ACCENT Updates!

Things are happening at the ACCENT Center in San Francisco! With summer beginning, changes are in the air and we are saying “Bon Voyage” and “Benvenuti” to students and staff.

This month marks the end of an era for ACCENT San Francisco team member, Erin Lucey. Working at ACCENT for almost two years, Erin is now embarking on a new educational journey. She’ll be pursuing her masters in Occupational Therapy. We wish her all the best and will miss her dearly.

With Erin’s departure, we are very excited to welcome Jani McEuen to the team. Jani will serve as Programs Coordinator for all of ACCENT’s “open-enrollment” programs, so look out students, you might just be getting some friendly emails from her some time soon! Jani studied abroad in London with ACCENT and UC Berkeley. While there, she studied film, literature, and theatre. I’m personally very excited to have another Shakespeare fanatic in the ACCENT San Francisco house!

Other updates:

  • We love getting Student Feature submissions for the ACCENT Blog and have now made it even easier for students to send their posts our way. Students can now submit posts to us directly on the ACCENT Blog itself and each ACCENT Facebook page! On the ACCENT Blog, just click on the “Tell us your story!” link on the right and that will direct you to the Blog Submission Form page. On each ACCENT Facebook page, you can click on the newly-incorporated “Blog for ACCENT!” tabs that will lead you to this form as well. And if you have any questions along the way, feel free to send us an email (accentblogs@accentintl.com)! For inspiration, check out our latest Student Features here:
